3D render

A 3D infographic is the best way to enhance the most outstanding aspects of an architecture project. We have the freedom to choose the points of view that best tell the project and to create the most appropriate atmosphere to transmit to the viewer as this new reality will finally be. We get the highest quality and photorealism in our work to reach optimal results that capture the attention of the viewer,

A complete 3D render project would contain exterior and interior images from a person’s point of view as well as some aerial or detail shots. Of course it can be combined with another of our animation or virtual reality services.

Animation and cinematics

The 3D animation takes another step with respect to the static image. It allows us to tell a story with architecture as a backdrop in a more cinematic way. The moving image is able to convey greater emotion and surprise to the viewer, also making use of audio to accentuate those feelings.

In addition with an architectural video you can provide a greater amount of information to the viewer, from showing the surrounding environment, to landscapes, services … Normally we work on promotional 3D videos between 2 and 3 minutes long, or in shorter spots of between 30 seconds and 1 minute.

Virtual reality

Virtual reality is entering the architectural visualization market strongly, bringing new ways to experience a project. The user can explore the spaces in first person with VR glasses in a unique immersion experience like never before. We also offer the possibility of interacting with the project, so that the user can know information about different parts of the project, change finishes, spaces, furniture, etc.

We have two possibilities, one is the static virtual tour made with 360 degree images through which we move from one to another according to the different spaces, and that can be used both on the web and in virtual reality glasses with mobile devices. The other is an interactive application from which we can interact with the scene in real time (the character moves at the same time as we do). The latter will need a computer and glasses of the latest generation to run it, since in practice it follows the same procedure as a video game.

about us

Visualfabrik is a 3D visualization studio founded in Malaga and based in Marbella, by architects Álvaro Cappa and Miguel Ortega, with extensive experience in 3D design projects specialized especially in the field of architecture and urbanism. Our hallmark is the quality of the final product, always refining in detail and highlighting the differentiating aspects of each project.

Every time we receive an order we seek to transfer the project concept to a photorealistic and stunning 3D image or animation at the same time, which attracts the attention of the user and reinforces the marketing of the product. It is very important for us the feedback with the client during the work process until the final rendering and post-production of 3D infographics or animations.

We have worked for important clients both nationally, in Madrid or Barcelona, and internationally in countries such as Germany or the United Kingdom. The high quality of work is always our main objective, as well as a great responsibility with the deadlines and deadlines of the projects in which we collaborate is our hallmark. We combine an exclusive dedication to each of our renders and animations with the latest technologies to achieve the best results to match our customers.

PROCESs

Commision01

We make a customized budget of 3D renderings according to the conditions of each project and the number of views or duration of the animation. We set up the budget without commitment, requiring only basic information about the project that helps us understand its magnitude and characteristics.

Modeling02

Once the budget has been accepted and all the information of the project has been collected, this time plans in CAD, 3D models and everything that can be provided; We started working on modeling, lighting and the different frames according to the needs of the project.

Reviews03

The sketches of the previously defined views are provided for confirmation by the client, who will propose according to his criteria the adjustments and changes that must be made in the model and materials.

Final delivery04

After the intermediate revisions, the work of the final views and their rendering continue. Finally, the final postproduction of the 3D infographics is made to deliver them within the deadline established by the client.

Feedback05

That the final result is as consistent as expected by the client is the most important thing for us, so we always like to receive some feedback when finishing the work to know that all expectations have been met.

COURSES

3D studio max and V-ray course to create exterior images of architecture. More than 5 hours of duration structured in 6 units and 24 lessons. The course is focused on learning how to use the rendering engine to the fullest, so we start from a project already modeled that you can download during the course. Once you finish this course you will be able to make photorealistic images with this software and do a basic post-production in Photoshop.
